Exactly what it is. No way they are going to have the list of issues corrected before they run out of time on September 1st and end up in court on the 21st. This is the most work that has been done to this building in years. The city is too busy inspecting and eradicating wildflowers in alleys to look across the street and acknowledge that they continue to be played and lied to.

Excellent! Like it was written just for the building! Wonder how long it will take before the next excuse – “We cannot repair the brick and mortar issues because the [repaired] netting is in the way.”
