I have no idea what it was but it was beautiful. I got out to look at it and it definitely looks like it was planted there on purpose and that’s all I can tell you! I’ll wait a couple of months and to back and look again to see if it greened up or bloomed!

What plant is it? Love the street in the sunshine, looks like a quiet quarter of the town. A bit like a village.
