Why do you have a picture of my house without permission?

We don’t need your permission. Anyone may take photographs of whatever they want in a public place. Nobody trespassed on your property to take this photo. Before the photo in question was posted, research was done on the Dirt & Grime Motorcycle Club. It was nice to discover how active your group is in community toy runs and other charitable acts. However, if your organization would prefer that we do not include a photograph of the clubhouse as part of our blog about life in Lorain, please submit your request on letterhead to Lorain365(at)gmail.com. Thank you.

Thanks, too, for bringing this discussion to the blog.
Property owners can prohibit photography ,on their property, but cannot stop people from photographing the property from other locations.
People can be photographed in public places without their consent.
Wildlife is fair game. (ha ha no pun intended)
Someday, it will be cool to be seen on the 365 😉
