This “thing” is in front of a local neighborhood convenience store. Does anyone know what IT is?? The position of the three red striped parts on top change position and aren’t always pointing the same way.

Do the store people change the direction of those striped poles or does the wind? I might have to venture in just to ask them about it!

When I drove by last night, the top and bottom were pointed in the same direction but the middle one as at a 90 degree angle to them. I have NO idea what the heck!

I think it is a road marker for Rudolph and company so they know which way to go!

I first thought it has something to do with the sign “EBT Card”, a symbol or so for this card. But then I read about those cards and this can’t be the answer. I really don’t know what it is. Um, I would ask the shop owner!
