That is a gorgeous house!!! But I’m confused . . . is that a duplex? It looks like the same angle, but one pic has bricked in windows and the other has windows. Two sides??

Yes, it is a duplex. An up/down style. I own it & a few yrs ago I researched as best I could about the history. Built in 1880, it originally was a single family home, then over the years it has been several members only clubs, the last being the Elks.
