It isn’t really a rainbow, it’s just very colorful [and would be more colorful if they’d shut off those awful ugly orange lightposts right next to it].
It’s 2 regular red-yellow-green traffic lights strapped red-to-red on the cross branches.

sorry Lisa I have to rely on the expert opinion of a five year old 😉 who informed me there was a rainbow in the tree 🙂 I am still looking for the pot of gold……
