The ‘1921 M-Cherubini’ building was formerly known as
the Russo-Slav Citizens Club.
The city has been looking to demolish this building since 2013.
The Auditor’s site shows the building to be a bar [or 2?],
last owned by the Kokindas, now owned by the Lorain County Land Bank.
Does anyone remember this building being a pizza shop?
