Still standing 4 years later. [March 2017]
In March, I discovered that the address had been removed from the Auditor’s site and later found out that it was because the Auditor thought the house had been demolished. When I checked yesterday, the Auditor’s site listing once again includes the address and a “new” photo of the house.
The original building permit remains firmly attached to the front window.

The yard has become a parking lot.
