Back in the 1960s and was very active with the team board next door Breezwood that Was owned by the same owner as the pool she was from lorain Ohio . Every Friday nights from 7 to 11 they all was had splash party s and battle of the bands (local bans ) wow so many memories that’s for sharing. It took me back in time , my first real job at 15 and would ride my bike there every day wow
I taught kids swimming there in 1986-87. I remember the splash parties in the summer and Breezewood dances in the winter. There was also the Haunted Forest in October. Marge Brown was the owner. I believe her sister owned the Riviera Swim Club on Oberlin Ave in Lorain. Marge made sure the teenagers had a place to go to have fun. Marge loved the kids.
