Love it!! Especially because it’s my building and my friend and I decorated with 30 hearts in all of the windows. You may have taken this picture before we got all of them up. May I ask a favor? Is it possible that you might go and take a picture of the entire building at night at a 45 degree angle from across the street at Marzavas to capture the “Broadway love”? I’d like to have a picture of it but I don’t have a good camera. I’d be happy to pay you a few dollars for it if you like.
