What are those flowers, do you know? They almost look like fruit tree blossoms. Very pretty!

I wonderd about the same. It could be some kind of pear, in German “Felsenbirne” which is blooming such early: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amelanchier

But I’m not sure, because it usually doesn’t have such wanton inflorescenses.

  This is the weeping cherry tree in front of my house! This is when it’s most beautiful and unfortunately, the blooms don’t last long.
