These are all along the retaining walls around the Rose Cafe at Lakeview Park. I don’t know what they are or why they are there, but I thought they were beautiful!
They are decorative, but they are also used to keep skateboarders from using the beautiful retaining walls as a place to execute their next boarding trick.
Thanks for the info, Dustin! That makes sense. At least they put something beautiful there instead of some places that just glue ugly rocks to the walls!
