Do you know me?

Hi there! I’m a very friendly little girl who needs to get back home!
Found this morning at the intersection of Colorado Avenue & East Erie.
She had been seen running down East Erie earlier this morning with a group of bicyclists.
We would really like to find out where she joined them!
If you know where she lives, please contact us ASAP at busters.house(at)gmail.com

  1. She was in a sticky situation at a busy intersection. Nobody wanted to stop to help her because eek! she’s a pitbull! While I wouldn’t give her full fledged pitbull status, she definitely is a bull terrier mix of some kind. Very friendly girl, slowly warming up to The Busters. Unfortunately, she can’t stay.

    1. I only wish we would have been as lucky and found her people by now. Somebody’s gotta be missin’ her. After all the walkin’ of the east side that’s been done with her in the last 24 hours, I can see how she got into the mess she’s in. Look! There’s a bird to chase! Look! There’s a cat to chase! Look! There’s something imaginary to chase! Easy to imagine how her life has been a series of chases to this point.

  2. This shows once again how important a good education is. I hope that this is the reason for finding her, though, and not abandoning her. I keep my fingers crossed that you can find her people.

    1. After today, I’m ready to pack her in a box and ship her to you, Georgia! (I wouldn’t really do that, btw.) She broke out of her cage, crashed gates, and spent the day terrorizing The Busters and our house. Guess I can tell people she does get along with other dogs but now she has presented with severe separation anxiety instead. I don’t know why I keep banging my head on the wall and trying to do the right thing by other living beings. The good vibes I’m putting out into the universe sure aren’t comin’ back around lately. 🙄

      1. Please don’t misunderstand – this little girl is a good dog, but she just needs to be free and around her people all the time. She’s been fine in the cage as long as we are home. I hope someone claims her soon or else I will have no choice but to relinquish her to the pound for what will probably be the last 3 days of her life. (Owner turn-ins at the pound only get 3 days to be adopted before they are put down.) Trying to do the right thing doesn’t always have the happy ending you hope for.
