I think they would do nothing if it is their house. We have got more and more “Messies” at us (it seems as if this is a new phenomenon in our society, well new, perhaps 30 years old when I noticed it for the first time), who live intheir junk and garbage, because they don’t throw anything away. The junk is piled up in their houses up to the ceiling and even their bed, the toilet and the kitchen stove is buried under the junk. And nobody can do anything against this. Even for landlords it’s hard to get rid of those people. I don’t know how you call them in the USA.
Oooops, that doesn’t look very nice. I hope they are moving in.
