As seen today on the NE corner of West 13th & Long.
He’s chained on the outside of the “fence” and doesn’t seem to have much room to move.
There’s also a chained female dog on the other side of the yard.
People who aren’t smarter than a dog shouldn’t have one, let alone two.

I certainly hope that this photo is forwarded to the humane society and the dog warden and every other animal rights organization for prosecution.

I am in the process of sending it to local humane officers. Seeing him sitting in the cold rain today and knowing what’s being forecast for the next week was the last straw.

Please help these dogs by informing someone who can rescue them. That’s cruel how they are treated. I keep my fingers crossed that you will have success.

We went by yesterday and the male was inside the fence, but still had no shelter from the wind and rain.

Just went by to see how they made it thru and momma was all cowered up in the corner of her very soggy excuse for a “shelter” & he was no where to be seen 😦

I can’t understand why people have pets and don’t care for them. For me my dogs were always like my kids.

I understand that not everyone treats their animals like we do. However, there are still laws that have to be followed regarding basic necessities and care, including food/water/shelter.
