Where’s this? Why oh why do we need another dollar store? They’re like Starbucks in NYC! Every damn corner!

Southeast corner of West 21st and 58 (Leavitt Road) and I guess it really isn’t another dollar store as much as it is an existing dollar store moving cross-corner into a new free-standing building that will probably look better than the sheds the dollar stores were allowed to build on the East Side.
