According to one of Lorain 365’s FB friends, he’s been there most of the summer. I travel that bridge multiple times a day and at various times of the day and have only really noticed him the last couple weeks. I’m guessing that probably because he didn’t need bedding all summer and now does because of the chilly nights, that makes him stand out more. I know who he is and even went to school with him. While I was there, LPD drove by and didn’t even give him a second look.
