Updated to add: I have been duly corrected by John Doe 🙂 this was St. Ladislaus Catholic Church and the correct location is 1412 E. 29th Street.
This is one of the four buildings [including the church] on the property.
The ornate entry made me take a second look.

I remember always going to the basement of the school to buy Easter sausage… I think there was a small Hungarian museum in the church basement too.
