MY BLIND BROTHER is a feature film written and to be directed by Sophie Goodhart. The script is based on Sophie’s award-winning short of the same name, which competed for the Palm D’or at Cannes. Nick Kroll is attached to play ‘Bill’, Jenny Slate is attached to play ‘Rose’, and Adam Scott is attached to play ‘Robbie’. Tyler Davidson of Low Spark Films and Tory Tunnell of Safehouse Pictures are producing. Matthew Medlin is Line Producing.

Logline: Love for the same woman causes conflict between an over-achieving blind athlete and the brother who made him that way.

The film is a sharp comedy that aims to premiere at Sundance Film Festival this coming year and then a wide release following that.
In the film, there is a climactic scene that will take place on Lake Erie, near Lorain beach shores.
