To clarify:
357.04 NO PARKING DURING A SNOW EMERGENCY, AND NO PARKING EXCEPTIONS.
The areas where the No Parking restriction will be imposed during a snow emergency is hereby defined as any street, avenue,
boulevard, parkway or highway within City limits, with the exceptions of addresses that do not have a dedicated driveway.
During a snow emergency, cars parked over sidewalks shall not be cited.
