Hi Karol! That’s a good guess! The discussion on FB revealed that the city used to have 2 sets of light sculptures – carolers & the lamp lighter and ice skaters. I think what I found here is one of the skaters who has fallen. The curve of the skate blade shows by the light that is out on the left, then the boot, then the leg, then the hand and arm holding up the torso. The different colored lights on top indicate a hat. If the sculptures had been properly grouped together instead of spread randomly throughout the park, they would make a lot more sense to the viewer.
Maybe someone facing right pulling a sleigh?
