Abandoned, neglected, vandalized, set a record for the required escrow amount for repairs [more than the house is worth] – another piece of Lorain’s history on the verge of being lost forever. Unacceptable, indeed.

You know I see those who are blaming the POS for this house not being sold. BUT if you look at the date of the original posts on this house it was in this state THREE Years ago and Point of Sale came in TWO Years later and the Wurmser house had two years to be sold without going through point of sale
